- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just today I spoke to a "James" who was going to look up some account information for me. During our first conversation he said he would contact his "back office" and see what was going on and/or what could be done given the situation. Nearly 3 hours later I still had not received a call back so I called him again. During that second conversation he just kept repeating what I had originally told him over the phone... 3 times he did this before I stated "you just keep repeating what we had discussed earlier". It literally sounded like he did nothing at all. Even after I mentioned him repeating himself he just kept repeating himself again and would give no explanation. When I asked to talked to someone else he said there was no one else there that could see what he could see. He said he could transfer me to the "phone bank" which was (who he talked to). I said great and then he proceeded to tell me a 1-800 number. Then again started repeating that they are just going to tell me exactly what he told me, so again, not answering my question. I finally had to tell him that I needed to get off the phone because he just kept repeating himself and I couldn't handle it. Then AGAIN he started with my name and talking more. In the end, I literally said you are driving me nuts with the consistent repeating yourself and I have to go and I said good bye and hung up.
